I love Halloween!

One of my favorite holidays. The reason? It's FALL. Leaves crunch under your feet, the warm colors, pumpkins, cooler temperatures, Halloween decorations of spooky ghouls, headstones, bats and spiders and it's October, my birthday month. October, for some reason, makes me feel like a kid again. I guess it's all of the great memories of being dressed up in costume gathering candy that lasted way past the following Easter. When I was kid, we could go out on our own and really have a fun and safe Halloween. I remember even going to a house every year in our neighborhood where the owner was in his driveway with a hot grill and handed out hot dogs and bottled cokes instead of candy. Enjoy the fall.
Here are a few postcard tags I made for a Red Lead tag swap I joined this month.

These tags are too cool! Love the different elements you used, I think the last one is my favorite!

Cmaille thanks so much for stopping by my blog with such sweet comments! You have a sweet blog and those tags are wonderful! I baked my ornaments because I soaked them in a grunge sauce and I had to dry them in the oven. The grunge sauce helps to distress the fabric and the ingredients are coffee or tea, vanilla extract and cimmamon. Have a great week :) Sandy xox
